Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your PHHHONE order. If there has been an error with your order don’t hesitate to contact us (use the contact form on our website). Since these items are mostly limited editions, limited or no stock will be on hand for exchanges. 

If we shipped the wrong product, or there was a defect in the product, we will issue a refund, or, at our expense (and sole discretion), replace those that were defective.

Complete the following steps in order to process your return/exchange:

Before shipping your product back, please contact us using our contact form within 7 days of receipt of your goods including your order number and items ordered. Thank you. Once we're in touch, you will send return package to the address we’ll give you on our mail.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to return any defective items you must do so within 10 days of purchase (unused). In order to process an exchange, items must be returned to us in their original condition including packaging. Goods will be inspected when returned.

Who pays for the returning item?

The item you are exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed and appear in your account. We will keep you informed of any action taken concerning your request. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopping [at] We'll then let you know where to ship your item.
